- Products must be returned unused and in original condition.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returned shipments must include a working tracking number.
1.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Consumable or limited-lifespan products.
- Digital goods or electronic gift cards.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Products labeled as Final Sale.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
1.3 Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within
7–10 business days.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method, followed by email confirmation.
1.4 Shipping & Fees
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Restocking fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to approval.
2. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are possible only under the conditions below.

- Personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.

3. Exchanges

- Exchanges depend on product availability.
