Orders are processed and shipped within three to five business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During peak demand periods, minor delays may occur and will be communicated by email.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are handled on the next working day.

2. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic shipping (where available): Around five to seven business days.
  • International shipping: Approximately fourteen to twenty-one business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier operations may affect delivery times. Tracking updates provide ongoing shipment status.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and selected delivery method.

  • Free shipping may be available during limited promotional periods.
  • Express or priority delivery options may be offered at an additional cost.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

4. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number is sent via email so you can follow your shipment anytime through our Track Your Order page.

5. Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees not included in payments made to Rosopl.

  • All customs duties and local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid fees may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Customs-related delays are beyond our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility is shared with the carrier. We will assist you in resolving shipping-related issues.

  • If marked as delivered but not received, please check nearby areas or contact the local courier office.
  • Lost or stolen parcels may require a formal carrier investigation.
  • If an item arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify us promptly.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Providing a complete and correct delivery address is essential. Rosopl is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed before dispatch.
  • Address changes are not possible once an order is in transit.

8. Returned Shipments

Orders returned due to refusal or address issues are handled as follows:

  • Reshipping: Available after payment of additional shipping fees.
  • Refunds: Issued after deducting original shipping charges.
